My Ring theory has changed many users results in locating.
Ring theory explains; empty holes, moving hotspots, recovering other metals other than you are set to find.
My units are designed to correct these problems and will get you closer to your target.
Understand the target image is constantly moving away from the target in many directions. This image is what your rod pin-points.
I have tracked images up to 180 feet from the target. Smaller targets image will travel much shorter distance.
That is why smaller targets are found more than large targets.

Testing the new Arc-Geo logger II. The treasure story is interesting about the site. We were asked to come and locate old mining tracks that were used and covered up. The tracks were about 24" and deeper in some places. I used my gradiometer for the iron tracks with the AGL-II. If you are ever in the are stop by and say hello. Tell them LRLMAN sent you.

I was told we need the 950 nm ir filter, nice balance, I havbe just ordered the sony pj740VE with 950nm to film night skies and check stars and ufo activity out, just hope this does the job!
I'm also curious what nm is best to UFO. For painting investigation it's best to use 1000nm or even higher since longer waves have better transmission though materials so that is my choice. As well longer waves detect better heat, sort of poor mans FLIR, don't show LED lights so drones wont show up. However close to red infrared can be annoying, so better to get not lower than 950nm filter. But above 1000nm sensitivity drops a lot so fast camera and lens needed.
MAGA TRON, I am buying an XR500 handycam with night shot, did the 950nm or 1000 mm filter worked for you to see UFO activity? Also, the same filter would work during daytime? Because I've seen videos where night shot and IR lens record spheres at the sky during daytime and normal cameras can't see them.

Sony night shot camcorder with a 1000nm filter.
If you want to see ground changes you will need the sony nightshot. Or a camera that you can remove the IR blocking filter.
HI I bought the filter on ebay from abcgooddeal. 1000nm is for sunny days. You may need a 850 or 720 for cloudy days. A 720 on my Sony was still washed out. I had to go with the 1000. Tim
